I just finished reading my friend Lindley’s honest blog post on how overwhelmed many of us are feeling lately – if you have a moment, check it out. It’s called “I’m a little teapot“. It was funny because I have been having similar emotions and Lindley articulated them so well. These feelings can pile up this time of year with a few weeks of school left for the kids and so much to accomplish before summer starts. Between running The Well Appointed House and trying to keep up with the insane level of price increases and supply chain disruptions over the past year and raising my three teenagers and running a busy household – there has been little time left for blogging. This can leave me feeling a bit behind to say the least! The blog used to be a relaxed reprieve from the intensity of the 10,000 product retail website – and so I think I need to get back to it! Many of the feelings she articulated are true and I think so many women are feeling this way right now. It’s nice to see the honesty in expressing these emotions!
